What we test
100+ clinically validated biomarkers across 11 systems. One blood draw. The most comprehensive panel available in the UK — and you don't leave your house.
Standard NHS panels look for acute red flags. If results are "normal," you're sent home. But "normal" doesn't mean optimal.
Our clinical team selected every marker to catch what standard testing misses: early metabolic shift, silent inflammation, hormonal drift, micronutrient gaps, and organ stress.
Cardiovascular risk detected 10–15 years early
We include ApoB and advanced lipid ratios — markers cardiologists care about. Your NHS won't test them.
Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain explained
Full thyroid panel, sex hormones, cortisol, iron, B12, D — the suspects behind symptoms GPs dismiss.
Cancer markers included as standard
PSA, CA-125, and inflammatory markers that can prompt earlier investigation.
Longitudinal tracking, not snapshots
Import old results. Retest. Spot trends your GP would never see from a single draw.
Each category reveals what matters most — and what most testing misses.
"My cholesterol was 'fine' on NHS tests. CoreVitals found my ApoB was dangerously high."
Full lipid panel plus advanced atherogenic markers and ratios. ApoB and lipid ratios predict cardiovascular events 10–15 years before symptoms — most GPs only test total cholesterol.

"I thought the fatigue was just stress. Turned out my thyroid antibodies were through the roof."
Full thyroid panel (TSH, FT3, FT4, Total T4) plus thyroid autoantibodies, cortisol, DHEA, and the cortisol-to-DHEA ratio. GPs typically only test TSH — missing subclinical thyroid disease and adrenal dysfunction.

"My HbA1c was borderline pre-diabetic. My GP said my blood sugar was 'fine'."
HbA1c, fasting glucose, calcium, and corrected calcium — the early markers of metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and calcium homeostasis. HbA1c and fasting glucose also play a key role in cardiovascular risk assessment. Calcium regulation reflects parathyroid function and metabolic balance.

"Understanding my Free Androgen Index helped me and my doctor get to the bottom of my PCOS symptoms."
Full gonadal axis: testosterone (total + free), oestradiol, SHBG, progesterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, and Free Androgen Index. Essential for assessing fertility, PCOS, menopause, hypogonadism, and libido changes. These markers also influence energy, mood, and body composition.

"My liver enzymes were creeping up for years. No one flagged it until CoreVitals."
Full hepatic panel: ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, bilirubin, and albumin — plus the De Ritis and GGT/ALT ratios that differentiate alcoholic from non-alcoholic liver disease and biliary from hepatocellular injury.

"My eGFR had been dropping for years. Nobody noticed until it was nearly too late to intervene."
Kidneys quietly do a vital job - filtering waste, balancing fluids, and helping control blood pressure. If they’re under strain, it can affect everything from energy to swelling. Checking how they’re working can catch problems early before they cause lasting issues.

"My hs-CRP was elevated for years. No one connected it to my joint pain and fatigue until now."
hs-CRP, ESR, and seven advanced inflammatory ratios. These systemic markers detect silent inflammation linked to cardiovascular disease, autoimmune conditions, depression, and accelerated ageing. Also relevant to musculoskeletal and cardiac assessment.

"My eosinophils were persistently elevated — it turned out I had an undiagnosed allergy driving my symptoms."
Full white cell differential: neutrophils (bacterial defence), lymphocytes (adaptive immunity), monocytes (tissue repair), eosinophils (allergy and parasites), and basophils (hypersensitivity) — absolute counts and percentages for each.

"My RDW was flagged high — turned out I had an iron absorption issue nobody had spotted."
Red cell indices (RBC, haemoglobin, haematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC), platelet count, MPV, RDW, and advanced anaemia-subtyping ratios. Essential for detecting anaemia, thalassaemia traits, and bone marrow stress.

"My B12 was in the gutter. No wonder I couldn't think straight."
Vitamin D, B12, folate, full iron panel (ferritin, iron, TIBC, UIBC, transferrin saturation), zinc, and magnesium. The most common reversible causes of fatigue, immune dysfunction, and poor recovery. Ferritin is also relevant as an inflammatory marker.

"My CK was elevated after every training block. I had no idea I wasn't recovering properly."
Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and Creatine Kinase (CK) measure tissue damage and muscle stress. Uric acid and the uric acid/HDL-C ratio assess gout risk and joint inflammation. LDH is also relevant to liver and haemolytic assessment. For systemic inflammatory conditions, see also hs-CRP and ESR under Inflammation.

"My PSA was rising. My GP hadn't tested it. CoreVitals prompted the referral that caught it early."
PSA (prostate) and CA-125 (ovarian) — tumour markers that can prompt earlier investigation. Not included in routine NHS screening. Additional cancer markers (CA19-9, CEA, AMH) are available as add-ons.

Available alongside your standard panel for deeper screening in specific areas.
A blood test that measures a marker associated with pancreatic cancer, primarily used to monitor treatment response and check whether cancer has returned after treatment.
A blood test that measures a protein which can be elevated in bowel cancer, used to help monitor treatment or check for recurrence.
A blood test that measures your ovarian reserve, giving an indication of how many eggs you have remaining, though it does not tell you about egg quality or guarantee a pregnancy.
